The special announcement is that I am excited to say that the inVINCEable video disc set finally finished. With the exception of a few changes to the graphics, it will be ready for sale within the next few weeks. It has been a very long process and I am pleased with the finished product. It has been a learning experience for both me and the production company (video creations). The project was bigger than both of us expected. I demonstrate over 70 exercises that Vince Gironda taught me. More exercises than any other video produced about Vince's exercises. It will be a great companion to my book InVINCEable.
I will keep you posted in the next few weeks to its actual release.
