The Effect of Drinking Alcohol

Have you ever wondered why you can't lose the fat around the abdominal area. It sits around the abs like a fat belt. One of the reasons for this is because of cortisol build up in the omentum as a result of drinking alcohol.

In order to live you have to have Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP). ATP is the energy compound that is produced in the mitochondria of a cell. The more ATP you develop the more energy you have. The more energy equates for greater fat burning. Exercise can increase the number and size of mitochondria in muscle cells. Drinking alcohol producing weight gain. Alcohol destroys mitochondria's. Therefore, destroying the energy of the body. The result is stored fat. Abdominal fat is a result of damaged energy processing in the body and cortisol build up. By avoiding alcohol you can drop excess fat from the visceral area. Alcohol is a valueless compound that only causes inflammatory reactions in the human body.
