Reducing Fatty Tissue Around Pectorals

Here is my suggestion for losing the fatty tissue around the pectorals. First of all, you're carrying excess weight that should be eliminated. The best way to do this is to start on a sensible diet with LOTS OF PROTEIN. And stop eating junk foods. You should perform higher repetitions for the chest exercises (12-20). Parallel Dips are the GREATEST CHEST EXERCISE. Do plenty of dips. Then when you are done, finish your routine with regular push-ups to complete failure.

Not everyone can perform dips. If this is the case I suggest that you perform the neck press instead. If you come to my gym I will show you the correct form.

  1. I am one who greatly struggles with the parallel dips. It doesn't matter if the bars are straight ahead or angled to do the Gironda dips. I've tried the reverse grip and am lucky to get two complete reps. What can I do to get more reps. out of this exercise?? I am not overweight.
    I've referenced the Gironda Exercise Video for guidance in this exercise. I've also seen many YouTube videos of people doing their so-called titled Gironda Dips pathetically wrong and with no audio or narration on the exercise.
    I would like to request a video on this blog of Mr. Conant performing the greatest chest exercise.
